Melvin Companies' employment efforts have left an imprint on area communities. We strive to provide a safe and secure workplace for our team. Our seasoned crew now averages nearly 17 years of employment per person, and almost half of the employees have been there for more than 20 years. The Melvin family is also very appreciative of their numerous employees, many with well over 25 years of employment. Over the past 87 years, we acquired other companies along the way.
